Pool, sauna & relaxation. Entirely at your own pace.

Our 11-meter indoor pool offers relaxation with panoramic views of the birch avenue in the nature park. In the mornings, therapeutic aqua exercise sessions are held here on a regular basis – outside these times, the pool is available for peaceful swimming. The pleasant water temperature of around 29 °C ensures well-being, even during longer training sessions.

On the adjoining terrace, loungers, Marienkron herbal tea, and sweeping views invite you to pause – nature and tranquility become a source of new energy.

Thanks to individually tailored therapy plans, the spa area is used at staggered times – for many, a true luxury: often you can swim almost undisturbed.

Our sauna & spa area supports your regeneration – inspired by the Kneipp tradition and surrounded by the tranquility of nature. Whether Finnish sauna, bio sauna, or steam bath – each treatment gently promotes your health and well-being.

A sheltered outdoor area invites you to relax in the greenery, while indoors a bright relaxation room provides the perfect space to pause.

Our heat treatments at a glance:

Finnish sauna (approx. 85 °C, dry): strengthens the immune system, metabolism, and circulation
Bio sauna (approx. 50–60 °C, mild-humid): gently relaxing, ideal for beginners
Steam bath (approx. 50 °C, humid): improves circulation, relaxes muscles, and stimulates metabolism

Amenities in the regeneration area

Our spacious pool and spa area offers plenty of room, open views, and quiet retreats – so you can recharge in peace.

For your enjoyment, a hot water dispenser with selected KOTTAS herbal teas is available on the way to the pool – perfect for a little tea break in between.

Showers are located both by the pool and – more generously – in the sauna area. Around the pool, in the sauna, and on both sun terraces you will find comfortable loungers. Please refrain from reserving them with towels – thanks to our staggered therapy times, there is always enough space for every guest’s personal time-out.
